So in summary, we as existing shareholders are not being compensated for the dilution in shares? All we get is an opportunity to buy more at the lower price of $19.50 but that doesn't make up for the lost value on existing shares. Institutions who are buying at $19.50 (and were not previous share holders) win much more than us from what I can see.
