Just checked the annual report. There are just over 60,000 share holders so if everyone participated in the SPP, the scaleback would be down to 10% of the 15k.. very similar to what you said. Atleast there is an absolute bottom, not possible for the scale back to result in one getting less than $1.5k worth of shares.
