the biggest reason besides the obvious bad news when SAE paused the clinical trial is the knowledge that traders will know there won't be much movement in the stock and funds will likely stay in a stagnant stock until these things are resolved. the same notion and mindset that money is better off invested elsewhere.
we now have a strong first step in resuming trial and news flow albeit it taking awhile from this point onwards.
definitely a mid to long term hold as short term isn't much a viability.
