IMHO this is where we are at.....We have 5 high powered successful directors having both experience in running successful biotechs and raising capital on the markets both here and in US. We are paying for it and the fear amongst shareholders is that the cash reserves will run down before any announcements that may excite the market may happen as we have only $1 million left.
This company will IMHO transition to an American company as that is where all the clinical trials are happening and I think the directors will access the US capital markets for capital thereby increasing US investors exposure in the stock.The biotechs are more valued in the US by about 3 times
We do not know the plans afoot for any CR but Paul Hopper I would almost guarantee as the substantial shareholder would be calling all the shots.It could be that the time is not ripe enough but he has his skin in the game and the connections to strategically place the company to advantage.
Further I think some of the original well healed shareholders that received their shares so cheaply have sold out but that is I think due to a longer timeframe to get results from the trials, basically impatience and money means nothing to them..
There has been a consolidation around 6.5cents and I feel they are greatly undervalued but some patience will be required
