Facts: Funding for Trials ( including the imminent commencement of the ‘basket’ ptx100, hence 4 concurrent, secured for the next 18 months (Ann). Read-outs on all four within the above time frame. Approx 100mil oppies exercisable at 6.25 cents each ( higher strike possibility), hence a plausible < $6 mil addition funding within the next 2years. LTAH
