Bmv have access to a skilled Filipino workforce, many are unemployed because of changes to their mining regulations DYOR. Workers are not the problem for SK....... funding remains the big unknown. Tumble weeds for shareholders of both companies Atm not helping matters. If only they could illustrate a clear path forward..... I was under the illusion that Bmv would provide that with the feasibility study.
