with cash from the sale ...they could pay a divvy.
instead they buy back.
next year they won't have 50 million to pay a divvy. the divvy would be smaller than paying this year. MUCH smaller. especially if they do an acquisition. then there PROBABLY won't be a divvy at all ....and they will give excuses for that. meanwhile nice salaries. and no doubt they will issue performance shares to themselves. Me...=== cynic
