Ive had a look at your posting history..seems u knock a lot of stocks..seem to like apt, bkl and vita group. I admire if you are trying to be very targeted in your selections, looking for high return on equity etc. If you've been in bkl and apt a good while u may be well in front..both facing challenges now.
However, it appears the ceo here is quite entrepreneurial, and hence listing may not have been a brilliant idea. But really the guts of it to me is how long are the electronic billboards going to last reliably for. If they last 12years with little maintenance, then we are laughing; as the depreciation rate is much higher.
If they last about 5, then that is more concerning, as that is about the depreciation rate, and capex will be constant . Bit different to an old timber sign that gave 25 yrs service and just needed a paint job or new banner put on every few years or longer!
