There seems to be confusion over the purpose of this report and the obligations of AP. The purpose of the report is given away by the name -Preliminary Final Report of Audio Pixels Holdings Limited forthe year ended 31 December 2018. It's not about breaking news, and there's no obligation for reporting on current activity so long as nothing has gone wrong. They know the rules too, and they already clearly told us they would receive the new batch late Jan/early Feb and begin testing. So, least hysterical conclusion is that they're currently still testing these new chips and possibly documenting specifications. The market is the U.S. seems to understand that better than our market.
