Wow, a thousand questions none of which I should ask nor should you answer. I guess we would all like to know how serious they are with the exchange and subject to having enough money, do you think the exchange is possible and if so, how well tested is it. Feel free to decline to answer especially if you have non disclosure clauses in your previous contract.
