I don't expect to see an AGM this year,there will be a restructuring or take over, merger of some sort before then .Looking back the CertainID was always of great interest in the Isity merger and if the Malaysia deal is under trial why have we not been advised.With a bit of decent press we may have got the options over the line and had some money in the bank .All very odd to me.
