    Their hospitality business still seems largely intact the problems are all related to Gogetta and unwinding gogetta. As the business currently stands with the current impairments, things look pretty good at the current price.

    My primary concern is the potential for future impairments of the assets related to Gogetta, anyone have a view on this?
