Thanks @siren4 ..i appreciate the compliment.   You may be interested that to reach this high water mark on your scale has taken a fair amount effort including talking to all Directors (ex Dennis Eck) and garnering their approach to developing the company and its many strengths.  You will be interested to know that not one of them has a focus on the SP which they acknowledge will follow company performance, the very outcome they are paid to achieve.

Additionally, I have spent a reasonable amount of time researching MK publications and communicating with some of the authors of those publications.  

and all this just to be labelled a disciple of management on HC...goal achieved. !!
