Heck , I have spent most of my later years trying to identify fats and eliminating them.
You make it sound as if you are a candidate for the job, so if you are all that good what on earth are you doing here then, mate.
Do try and keep up and a brush up at the English classes wouldn't go amiss.

I doubt the millenials will be ruling anything because there will be a new lot coming along telling them how to do it and it will be just as goofy.
