Yesterday China State Council extended current CBEC channel regulation to end of CY2018. This allows the cross boarder trade to be treated as personal goods purchase hence not subject to the CFDA check. It paves way for another sturdy year for the overseas IF makers who sell substantial volumes through this channel. Good for CLV and A2M.
