to quote a relevant sentence which AHF management could take to heart (which they wont) as they stuff their pockets
"Charlie remembers his first boss, David, saying 'your not working for me, but we're all working in this together' ".

Same applies here, shareholders are not putting up capital for BOD / execs to 'weasel into their pockets' whilst 'swanning around'.
Time they took some moral responsibility and accepted that they should be working together with shareholders to SHARE the gains,
not a case of 'heads we (bod) win, tails you (shareholders) lose'.

Time to put the BOD on a 'male calf that missed out on the knife' and out the gate
