What a disgrace

I wonder if I knocked on Michaels door and gave him a way out that would not tarnish his already shot reputation, he would accept?

He can even keep his shares if he wants but they will be escrowed for 12-18 months if he does want to keep them. Happy to pay him out if that's what he wants. He needs to start listening and take some calls to save his backside. Other than that he will not even be accepted at the local golf club because of his antics when he WAS Director of ahf
