With large contracts to be announced within 90 days I would thing that the sp should be moving up soon. Analyst will look at these soon to be announced deals and place a value of the stock from a future cash flow/earnings perspective.
With such a minor loss ( as expected by the market) a half reasonable deal should see the company make a good profit. A very good deal will see the sp at prices previously estimated.
