PPS and MVentures $584,000 Cash down the gurgler. 380Million shares for nothing plus Director and employee shares issued plus shares issued for capital raisings. All that this board have done is dilute existing shareholders, bring projects to the table with no revenue and no future.

Then a director that was on watch when these sagas occurred has been reappointed to the board. DD does not exist with this company.
