TThe prelim report is good reading, especially the economies of scale achieved and resulting margin benefit at Sengkang
The one thing I have never got my head around is why we have so much cash held in reserve accounts as security for interest bearing debt. Why not just pay the debt off and save the interest charges.
Can anyone explain this?

The one frustrating point is that the going concern note refers to note 15 on related parties which doesn't exist in the version lodged with the ASX. Rather sloppy.
