There is a good chance you are right and I love your optimism. Globally and locally, things are pretty miserable at the moment. Even in Perth work has slowed to a crawl. It is pretty hard to get excited because any money that was once visible seems to have vaporized.
Very keen to see this one come off the ground but used to disappointment.
