I'm intending to discuss this issue of cost cutting in a detailed post explaining why i am so bearish re WOR. I have no doubt it formed the main thrust of WOR's briefing with analysts after the yr end result.
Meanwhile WOR powered up 5.2% today! The SP has risen 54c or 7.6% in just 3 sessions. But will maintain my large (for me) short position and wait for news.
