Hi Guys, hope everyone had a great weekend!

Have been following SW1 closely recently, and am on the fence as to whether I invest or not. As such, I have two questions I hope you guys could answer:

    1) It was mentioned earlier in one of these threads that Morgan Stanley and Ord Minnett have become shareholders of SW1. I went searching through the holdings of both institutions and can find no holding of SW1 by either firm. I'm not saying they don't hold them, as perhaps the transaction was recent and their holdings have not been updated. I am just wondering how confident people are regarding this statement and whether it is indeed fact - i.e. does anyone have proof that these two insto's have skin in the game with SW1?

    2) SW1 has been extremely successful in supplying digitised entertainment and end-to-end communication solutions for Australia's mining and resource sector. However, after experiencing 10 years of strong growth, the sector is clearly in a lull and who knows whether they'll pick up again in the near future with China's uncertain growth rates and lower commodity and oil prices. My point being, SW1 seem heavily invested currently in a slowing mining and resource sector. I know they are expanding and investing heavily into the hospitality and aged care sectors but nevertheless, if you go onto their site you'll see the majority of the projects they present are from the resource sector - which is definitely no longer a growth sector in Australia. So my question is this: how certain are we that SW1 will be successful in breaking into other industries and sectors? We must remember that SW1 does not have any patent products, nor has it invented any new technology except for wizzie TV and the rights to sell Foxtel within its system, and ontop of this they have plenty of competitors (as seen in their April investor presentation) that offer similar capabilities and have patent products and new technology. I guess what I am saying here is that: the majority of their business currently exists in a potentially slowing Australian sector and there is little product differentiation that puts them above their competitors when it comes to entering into hospitality and aged care markets. It seems everyone is backing their success in new markets despite these markets already have competitors in them. It's not to say they can't successfully enter these markets and thrive, I am just skeptical and need someone to explain why their product is so much more superior?

Me personally; if you guys can answer these questions and I'm convinced then I strongly believe its an amazing growth stock, with domestic and international organic growth potential and think it'll easily reach 40cents before 2017.

    Thanks guys!
