As I mentioned previously, lots to look forward to this year -
1: Expansion into Phillipines - potential for 78,000 rooms ( almost 2.5 times current number of rooms serviced )
2: acquisition in Asia
3: expansion into aged care ( only wholesale seller of Foxtel in this space)
4: expansion into hospitality ( already secured Freedom deal and with Azure . Also, potential deals in Asia
5: As highlighted in the April presso- with investment in R&D complete and additional scale, margin increasing exponentially over next 2-3 years.
6: further deals in resource sector which we dominate at this stage
7: high retention and win rate
8: founder shares escrowed till we hit 24 mil or 44,000 rooms and then another trache at higher KPI's ( management incentives aligned with shareholders )
