Don't know for sure but I assume it's one of the payments for the sale of dry creek property. So if they have missed a payment for too long and pull out of the agreement/break the contract, then Ridley will keep the property and monies paid? Sounds like a win win to me. Sell the property and receive the money or get part payments and then get to sell the property again. Pure conjecture on my behalf but if this is the case then there's no bad news in here, just good.
