Good result with $0.4 mil profit if not counting loss from de-investment of animal business. For year 2017, employment cost will drop from around $3 mil to $2.4 mil which will save $0.6 mil. So profit should be at least $1 mil. If revenue can grow 8%-10%, profit could reach around $1.2 mil.
