Some excellent and some bad points in your suggested scenario, but shareholders as a whole need answers and explanations as to what's what!

Funds would be limited, and some current and past Directors plus their associates would be the beneficiaries of a large chunk of the $'s if funds were to be distributed back to shareholders.

Using MG as an excuse to the difficulty of raising funds is just not on. The project which I for one believe is a sound investment for the Company(production of raw food product), of which AYB have had the good fortune to be able to vend into well before any hiccup occurred. Other players in the dairy space seem to be able to attract Investment Funds but AYB do not. WHY?

Statements and timelines keep being delayed for reasons only known to management, time has well and truly passed and it is about time an honesty policy to shareholders was forthcoming. The stalling tactics being used i.e. FIJI and cropping farms and not concentrating on their original project put to a shareholders(of which received a yes vote at the EGM of 13/7/2016) is alarming.
