In Feb 2016, total shorts =43m, 8.5% of the whole shares
Now, total shorts =0.56m, 0.1% of the whole shares
------------> institution shorts might be covered already. small retail shorters cannot fight with big bulls imo
Also the chance of t/o target is very high
It was just breakout, traders would buy or reverse from bear to bull for coming days imo
