Yes, I know.
CYB definitely needs a Britain without the current Customs Union with this failed EU Group of 27.
That deal of the failing ailing PM looks doomed to failure so all is not lost.
The customs union proposition looks like failing in the Congress equivalent called the Commons and so there probably will be no deal.
The solvency requirements would not matter as much if Britain leaves Europe with no deal at all.
CYB would be enhanced in that scenario.
If the EU-England and Customs Union continues, I cannot see how CYB continues as an”going concern” but a deal being agreed seems highly unlikely.
Hopefully for CYB holders, Britain leaves the EU with no deal at all.
