Read through the presentation - look at the comparisons of CCU's market cap on the basis of different methodologies and see that we are undervalued by comparison. Management are absolutely justified in doing these sorts of presentations.
Too many stories of undervalued junior miners being bought out before maximum value can be realised for the long term shareholder base.
The thing that interests me the most are the grades from the Manuka extension - damn fine numbers!
And remember, the costing for the current development was done on a mine life of 5 years. This has been revised and now we have a mine life of double that, based on projected capacity.
A lot of people might be critical about them not getting the ball mill installed from the start. But the initial mine plan and geology did not support the capital investment. And in mining, deferring cost as long as possible is one of the cornerstones of good management.
