AWN was backdoor listed at 25c (2.8m), relisted at 35c raising price (9m) and stagged immediately to 45c. Management team resigned at 75c (3x multiple) in Feb 15.
Purpose of second placement (10c) is to look for acquisition opportunities, cash-burn is minimal.
