ASX actually came close to knocking it back. Basically made them go an get an independent experts report to review their cashflow forecasts to see if they were going to be viable. Report not really worth the paper its written on in my view, but ASX still let them through. IMO, Domacom is selling a flawed product and the business is obviously deeply unprofitable with a long way to go before it gets to that point, if ever. Good luck raising more capital in a hurry after this. Makes you wonder, did they try to tap other sources of capital (commercial lenders, PE) and couldn't? Oh well, we'll just pop on the ASX!
