Building a mine is a big boys game
they need to get someone else to do it
best option would be to sell the majority and hold a free carried interest to one of the nearby operators with a mill and make sure they set strict timlines for bringing the deposit into production
I think they will try to find more good high grade satellite deposits to get a higher value for the project
