When you're trying to under-promise and over-deliver......many tactics are necessary. OK.....we've been stifled by the 'under-promise' for years now...….we're well & truly all ready for the 'over-deliver part !!' We've been flying under the radar for so long now the screen is blank and the machine has defaulted to 'stand by.'
