Hi Blipping, correct I didn't factor in growth for the current half so those numbers are a simple conservative calculation.
Thanks 9L for some more detail. I used EPS because PPS is generating a profit, and EV/EBITDA because I thought that the more appropriate measure for companies generating a positive EBITDA. However if EV/revenue is the more accepted method for SAAS businesses then that's what I was looking for (i.e. the thing I said I was missing) - makes sense since it ties in better with the SP where it is (i.e. as a discount to EV/rev, rather than overvalued vs EBITDA) based on the growth potential.
This is what happens when I don't stick to my charts - much simpler
