Interesting day, and interesting week!

The $38 million after market cross trade certainly ups the stakes a little. This is an all time high in terms of trading volume for PPS.

Minnow MGP underwent a share issue, and Netwealth about to list at $3.70. What does this all mean for PPS? They are well postitioned, plenty of skin in the game, and an international reach that sets them apart from some of the other players in what is becoming an increasing crowded and competitive market. I would like to see some more details on Michaels investment in technology and growth. Plenty of new new employees this year so hope to see some tangible results in terms of platform development.

Personally I don’t think they will go on the aquistion trail and more likely be swallowed by a larger player or banking entity.

I guess time will tell, and regardless I’m in for the long haul.
