Looks to me like a totally groundless piece of legal action that this (insert insult so terrible it would get me thrown off hotcopper) has cooked up to try and influence the share price so he can stock up for cheap as the company are coming into production. If the facts are as per the ann I don't see that he has any basis for legal proceedings, but I'm sure it will make people nervous anyway
