Yup - they go after SRF first - and then they go after the Director's insurance.

I have been a long term holder - and have been desperately thinking / hoping this might turn around. I have averaged in and averaged in - but I have capitulated and done what I should have done many months ago - I sold at a massive loss. I feel truly sick about what I have lost - truly sick. But I have sold - and I feel better.

My rationale - 3 profit warnings in 10 months, and no confidence this is the last. All discretionary retailers being smashed. Entry of Amazon and Decathlon. Sonand a solid operator but is stripping business back to basics - thus there is no sizzle. No chance of takeover with all lawsuits. Lawsuit and counter with Coastalwatch. One class action launched (and these guys are serious - look up Vannin Capital etc), and another potential one.
