That’s correct stocking, I certainly believed the company had some underlying value and was happy to hold for the long-term.

We all have different views and some of us are more sophisticated than others, but my personal take on the situation is that it reflects a point central to the orderly conduct and integrity of markets and is why in principle I support the claim, that being had I known or been made aware of information that may have adversely affected security values or influenced my investment decisions, I, and I suspect other security holders may have indeed made alternative investment decisions.
