Small correction - best case is SRF counter claim Cameron et al + costs. They were the decision makers, and therefore accountable.
Sonad isn't an idiot, why take the job when this has been kicked around since the price collapse.
Either way, we shall find out more tomorrow whether we've done our dough or there is a strategy in play.
