A big hello to all of our precious backers!
I would like to personally thank each and every one of you for the support that you've given us in bringing this project to life. Some of you have already received the AirSelfie and we're thrilled at the great comments we've been getting!
I know that many of you have had problems with delivery delays and shipment issues, but want to reassure all of you that my team is working round the clock to tackle every individual hiccup that's been thrown at us.
It's been such a wild ride! We've had problems ranging from retrieving missing address information in some of your surveys, which have included erroneous zip codes provided, to wrong countries selected by some backers, to difficulty with contacting some recipients due to missing phone numbers.
I thank you in advance for your kind understanding and patience as we seek to resolve all the issues that we're facing in order to get those rewards to you.
We've also noticed that some of you have been experiencing technical difficulties with the AirSelfie. Please check out the video tutorial we prepared for this (link here: ). Alternatively, do refer to the instruction manual that we included in the kit! If it's a battery-related problem, I recorded a (super homemade, sorry!) video tutorial of me showing you how to charge the Airselfie:

My Airselfie does not recharge and I did not hear anything from the team but an automated answer with a ticket number. It's been two weeks ago. What's the problem?

I've sent two message and still no reply about was has happen to my delivery: Chronopost website say Shipment returned to sender. How to receive money back?
The software app after connecting takes too long to start. I am disappointed that it is not really a fun product as described in the videos! It flies less than 1 minute, then the battery is low! The App does not work properly, the Software lags, and ... where are the pics?

I only received the powerbank with no Airselfie.
Please answer, how and when will you solve the problem?
It's not fair, to send only a part of the pledge and stop all communications.
As many backers, I didn't receive my Airselfie yet.
I received the tracking information on May 2nd and I was supposed to receive the delivery after 2 working days. On May 12th I contacted Chronopost and they told me that they could not deliver my Airselfie because the sender omitted to give them my address. Only the sender can supply this information. I sent two emails to Airselfie customer care (case #7288, #7858) without any actual answer. Yesterday I looked at the courier website and I discovered that the shipment has returned to the sender... (no comment...). I'm posting this comment here because I don't have any other means to communicate my complains.
I would appreciate a quick reply on how your are fixing this issue.
It would be great, if you answer my emails.

First I was waiting month, before yiu send it. Then I waited during the shipment and now it's not complete. I don't want to wait again ...

I received mine, but it gets super hot when you charge it, only flys like 15, 20 secs before running out of juice, and will not hold still to take a picture. My wife cannot get it work. It drifts all over the place. In the videos it flew steady, this thing has to be piloted more than my Typhoon full size drone. We literally could not get it to stop drifting or rotating or wandering off... when you finally get it to the point you can take a picture and go to touch the screen it starts moving off again! And yes I read the manual, and yes we tried the different flying modes. but it is hard to try to get used to any one mode, because the battery dies so quickly. Did I just get a bad one?

I am still waiting for the delivery of my AirSelfie which according to the ChronoPost website is still in France, 13 days after they received it.
Also I am very disheartened by the number of complaints on this website and the lack of response from the team. I fully appreciate that this is a KickStarter project and you do expect some delays/issues but the number of negative comments is quite concerning and I am starting to feel disappointed in my decision to back you in the first place.
Please can we have some updates with regards to these issues or some acknowledgement that you have a repair/returns policy that means us backers can feel 'loved' for all the hard earned money we have sent your way.
I genuinely wish you good luck with this project and am proud to say I have backed you (my first KickStarter backing) but you simply can not ignore your backers when they have genuine concerns about your product as ultimately us backers are the ones who will help drive your project forward into the mainstream.

Received my AirSelfie yesterday! Flew it for the first time today! It works great! frankly. This is basically a first run one of a kind item! This is the way kickstarter works! It's to start a venture capitol project ! I was not expecting this project to run flawlessly or the finished product to be 95% perfect. Even an Apple iProduct will have some glitches. No one respects the work it takes to combine software & hardware in a small "flying" form factor such as an AirSelfie! What we all got is a great "experimental" one of a kind piece of equipment that no one else has. This is what I expected going into this & my expectation was met & surpassed. Thank you.

Finally, I received my airselfie yesterday in S.Korea. But i turned it on just 1 time, it has been stopped working. It doesn't turn on. It doesn't make any sounds when it on. Please let customers know how we can fix.
A little delay? We've all paid upfront, months and months in advance and then it gets shipped, currently from France to Italy we're on the 13th day and still package seems to be somewhere in Paris. Would have taken less to walk, much less. Fast Chronopost promises deliveries within Europe in 2 days or 4 days if the slow service was chosen.....we're at 13 now and still a long way if this is the paste. Then we receive a message to stuff a screwdriver in the socket to make it charge properly. The product is referred to as a "reward" but it ain't free, like usually rewards are, we've put a good amount of money upfront. I'll wait a few more days for delivery, but if package takes even longer or damaged with the charging matter, I'll surely ask for a replacement or refund.
Little push on the pin, and now it slides in perfectly (you need to push the pin just the first time).
Too bad that the unit does not slide in to the powerbank with the protective rubber on.
Thanks for finally posting, and the sort of apologies for all the frankly unacceptable issues, you and your teams have put us through...
I have to echo the comments below, if its broken, you should be doing your upmost to fix and replace not, make do and mend...
I am one of the many who still three months late still haven't received any product, but frankly from what I've read i hold little hope its going to be good, and no where near good enough to have put up with the issues you have put us through and terrible communication we have received throughout the project.

So the fix for the faulty charging case is to use a pen which could potentially break the fragile pin?
I don't mean to be negative here but I don't think that's fair to the backers. If there are issues charging it should be replaced. If you bought a new car and the dealer said it sometimes has trouble starting, but I have an easy fix, and hands you a screwdriver to jam in the ignition, would you be okay with t
