Actually makes me wonder why they needed to go into a Halt in the first place. Why announce a Halt due to a "potential acquisition"? Why not wait until it had been confirmed - or at least more concrete?
I was wondering how they were going to fund any acquisition - considering there's was about $1.4m in the purse 4 months ago.....another CR?....debt (secured against what - the Panda mine?)....or our white knight (Tremont)?
And what about Panda Hill itself? Maybe they could sell it "as is" to the Tanzanian Government - rather than taking on all the risk themselves & having that Government take a "risk & cost free" 16% ownership with ongoing royalties.
Waiting and watching.....
