    Higher price was not mentioned. What makes us thing the new cr would be at higher price? Usually it is the other way round. Sophisticated investors get a discount offer.... However judging by how the board behaves (keeping the lid on the first cr, returning the interest to shareholders due to listing delay) they look like taking care of their shareholders...
