Why don't they just do an off/on market takeover and mop up the shares.
This is just a takeover by stealth which blind freddy can see and based on past history of Todd. It shouldn't be entertained by ASX or Takeovers panel.
What these guys need to do is talk to the other two major share holders and clinch a reasonable deal.
