Just being the devil's advocate here.....but what argument do we have if FMS say "this is NOT a takeover"? There are public unlisted companies out there. FMS could say they have no intention of ever buying out the other 45% of the shares. Just out of interest BDI has just purchased 11% of an unlisted public company (Condamine Resources). What are your thoughts @docmin24?
