This offer removes the loss making Chinese FACE business from SAV and leaves it with the growing profitable Australian based ART business. It will cut the net debt dramatically. SAV will retain some benefit from the merged Cencorp through it's shareholding.

Will be interesting to see how the market reacts tomorrow! (when this was rumoured last year the price shot up to close to 20c) Obviously there is not enough detail at this point to really understand the full impact.
