I think you are right; either that or a JV. Hopefully the current funds will last until the end of PFS because the stage after the PFS will be a Feasibility Study for which KRR currently does not have sufficient funds. So either a capital raise or a JV will be necessary to continue beyond the PFS. Assuming positive results of the PFS, which I am personally confident will be the case, then this will be the best time to raise funds or joint venture. I would be a shame if funds had to be raised before the PFS had been completed because they will in all likelyhood be at a potential discount to the true value of Speewah. I would encourage KRR to focuss all available funds on the PFS and not get side tracked onto low priority projects like Mt Remarkable.
