mm2 - the upside is that the dispute is finally resolved. The iron ore project can now go forward and be developed or taken over. The big upside is that SRK has the opportunity to go to 100% of peru (which is a very good scenairo given the Russian is aligned with SRK). GO SRK!!!!!
