As @densamer says, the CLA project is in Opuwo, to the North of the country; A Google search of the uranium resources in Namibia - and yes, there are a few - show them all in the Erongo region, a good distance further south.
The uranium resource is centred around the Rössing Mountains, so I'd not expect it to be an issue for CLA
