Re: Not so organic - yes I agree, but both organic and not-so-organic can be viewed in many ways and both can support the same argument in different ways or viewpoints. We are valued less than many shell companies, is that an organic or a not-so-organic market evaluation? Given both buyers and sellers over the last few months is relatively low volume and appear to be mostly retail and or stale T20 holders, I think it's mostly a lack of any broker or institutional support myself. This is an area that Gary needs to focus on imo.
Re: Announcement differences - I suspect it's something to do with different listing/reporting rules and what they can get away with over there. I don't follow the AIM closely so I'm not sure. SML released their ann on Friday 25th May, whereas we released on 28th May, this would have given Gary the time to adjust accordingly as per ASX requirements. Or maybe the ASX rejected it on Friday and requested changes to be made. Who knows.
